Exercise Boosts Brain Power

Walking a few times a week will improve cognitive performance. Exercise regulates the release of most of the biochemicals associated with maintaining mental health.


When you exercise there is an increase of blood flow throughout the tissues of your body and your brain. This blood flow provides greater distribution of nutrients to support human functions including the removal of toxic waste.
